The mill adopt a wound type asynchronous motor to drive the shell through the reducer and the edge drive.in order to improve the bearing capacity of the open-end gear,the girth gear and pinion adopt a 20''tooth angle.the pinion is supported by a double-row roller bearing.a nylon pin coupling is used between the motor and the reducer and between the reducer and the pinion.the larger mill adopt a diaphragm coupling and is equipped with an auxiliary drive.
The mill adopt two sets of main bearing for supporting.those two main bearing bear all the load of the rotary part.the material outlet end adopt fixing supporting.the material inlet end adopt moveable supporting which can move axially when the shell expands with heat and contracts with cold
the main bearing is mainly composed of main parts such as bearing housing,main bearing bush and bearing upper cover.
main bearing adopt thin oil lubrication through the oil ring fixed on the hollow shaft,the larger mill adopt HP/LP thin oil station which can start and lubricate much more easily.oil brush is erected at two ends of the main bearing and the oil scraper is erected at one side of the shell to avoid the oil leakage, such erect position is decided by the rotarting direction of the hollow shaft,during erect.please refer to the drawing requirements.in order to make lower temperature of the oil,the cooling water shall first enter into the bearing base to cool the lubrication oil and then such cooling oil enter the main brush to cool the main bush.
3.Material inlet unit
The material inlet unit is composed of material hopper,support frame,inspection door etc.the material inlet hopper is equipped with liner which adopt the material itself to be as cushion,there set washer between mateial inlet hopper and the supports.when there is worn between main bearing bush or hollow shaft,there shall increase or decrease the washer to adjust the center height

5.Material outlet unit
The material outlet unit is one hood made by the steel plate,connect with air pipe on top and conveying equipment on the bottom.there is drum screen rotated with shell.the sundries like grinding media will be moved out by such drum screen and discharge out from the waste opening.
there set washer between material outlet unit and frame to adjust the center height of the material outlet unit.
